Method

  1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. In a large frypan melt butter on medium heat. Once melted add the pepper and broccoli tips. Fry off until the pepper is toasted, and the broccoli tips are slightly crispy.
  3. Transfer the pasta from the water straight into the frypan bringing some water over with it.
  4. Toss the pasta through the butter, pepper and broccoli. Add the parmesan and turn the heat off. Toss together to melt the cheese. Add herbs and gently mix through.
  5. Serve the pasta topped with extra cheese, cracked black pepper, lemon zest and herb leaves.
  6. Enjoy with family and friends!
