1. In a pot of boiling, salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions. Once cooked add to a large bowl with the remaining salad ingredients.
  2. For the dressing, add enough water to just cover all the ingredients in a blender jug.
  3. Blend dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad.
  4. Spoon into bowls and if you wish, decorate with some more pomegranate arils, fresh herb leaves and some edible flowers if you're feeling fancy!
