Ingredients
San Remo No.5 Spaghetti 500g
200g Pecorino, freshly grated
1 tbsp black pepper
Method
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
Meanwhile, heat a large pan over medium heat and add 3/4 cup of pasta cooking water.
In a small mixing bowl combine pepper and pecorino together with a fork.
Add cooked pasta to the pan with pasta cooking water, reduce heat to low.
Add pepper and pecorino mixture to the pan and toss to combine. Cook until the cheese and pepper have coated the pasta and becomes creamy.
Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
