For the Dressing:


  1. Into a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  2. In the last 3 minutes of the pasta cooking, add the broccolini into the pot.
  3. Drain the water and place pasta and broccolini into a large serving bowl.
  4. Once pasta and broccolini have cooled down, add kale and spinach.
  5. To make the dressing, add lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt and pepper into a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  6. Pour dressing over the pasta, add parsley and dill and toss to combine.
  7. Serve with crumbled feta.
