1. Add lasagna sheets to 3 to 4 litres boiling water, return to boil and cook for 4 minutes and drain.
  2. Combine orange marmalade, water, and sugar in a large fry pan over low heat. Fold the pasta into a handkerchief fold and place into the simmering syrup. Allow to reduce a little, add the Grand Marnier and flambé. Remove from the heat and add the strawberries, allow to warm through and serve.
  3. To serve, place one piece of pasta on a plate with some strawberries and syrup. Serve with a generous dollop of cream.
