1. Heat a large frypan over medium heat. Add olive oil and anchovies and fry until the anchovies melt into the oil.
  2. Add garlic, chilli, capers and olives and cook for a further minute.
  3. Add pasta sauce, bring to boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions., retaining a ⅓ cup of the pasta cooking water.
  5. Place the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir well to combine, adding a little pasta water to loosen the sauce if required.
  6. Garnish with grated parmesan to finish.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
