1. Mix together mince, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, coriander and a dash of olive oil.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll tablespoonfuls of mince into balls.
  3. Heat half the oil in a pan on medium heat and fry meatballs for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Once browned, remove and place onto a tray.
  4. Heat remaining oil and fry onion for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, chicken stock and bring to the boil.
  5. Reduce heat to a simmer and add meatballs. Cook meatballs for a further 8 to 10 minutes and season with salt and white pepper.
  6. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions
  7. To finish, add drained pasta to the pan and mix together.
