Ingredients
1/3 cup San Remo CousCous
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Manuka Honey
Toppings to taste
Method
Place milk in a heat proof bowl and microwave for 3-5 minutes until boiling.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Stir, cover and leave to sit for 5 minutes.
Once the CousCous has absorbed the milk, fluff with a fork.
Add all of your favourite toppings such as peach, strawberries, pepitas, coconut shreds and hemp seeds for lots of summery miconutrients.
