1. Into a large pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions
  2. Drain and cool, adding a drizzle of oil to the pasta to avoid any sticking.
  3. In a wok, add a tablespoon of olive oil, chilli, garlic, ginger and spring onion and begin to fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the pork mince and begin to fry off, breaking up the mince with a wooden spoon.
  5. Add the sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil and hoisin and toss to combine.
  6. Add the pasta into the wok and toss again.
  7. Serve with fresh coriander leaves.
