1. In a pot of boiling, salted water cook pasta as per packet directions, refresh pasta under cold running water and toss some olive oil through to keep pasta from sticking.
  2. In a bowl mix together yoghurt, molasses, lemon juice and a splash of olive oil.
  3. Add cooled pasta to the bowl, add yoghurt, dill, baby spinach, capers and half the amount of feta and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top the dish with prawns, cucumber, and the remaining feta.
  5. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
