1. Pre heat the oven to 150°C
  2. Cook Risoni according to packet directions; drain.
  3. In a large fry pan cook the bacon until crispy.
  4. Add the leeks and cook until soft, then remove from heat and cool a little.
  5. In a large bowl combine the cooked Risoni, bacon mixture and eggs. Mix well.
  6. On an ovenproof tray, spread the mixture to a thickness of 3cm.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
