1. Preheat oven to 200ºC. Heat a large deep frypan over medium heat. Add olive oil, onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
  2. Add tinned tomato, season with salt & pepper and add basil sprig.
  3. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, remove casings from the sausages and roll into walnut sized balls, placing balls
    onto an oven tray. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Lower the oven to 180C. Place the meatballs into the tomato sauce, cover the pan with a lid or
    foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet instructions.
  7. Add the pasta to the meatball sauce and toss well to combine.
  8. Plate pasta garnished with grated parmesan.
  9. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
