1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Line a baking tray with some baking paper, place the chicken breasts on the paper and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. Cook in the oven for 12 – 15 minutes or till firm to touch.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the Alfredo La Pasta according to the packet directions.
  5. Blanch the beans in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes and drain.
  6. To serve; slice the chicken breasts and serve on the side of a bowl of La Pasta with the green beans.
  7. Garnish with a little fresh parsley.
