1. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  2. Heat oil in a fry pan on medium heat and add shallots, garlic, chilli and lemon zest.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes, then add crab and tomatoes and mix through.
  4. Add strained pasta into the crab mix, and add lemon chopped parsley.
  5. Remove from heat and mix thoroughly.
  6. To finish, season with salt and pepper, drizzle of olive oil, and a generous grating of Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
