Heat a large, deep frypan over medium to high heat. Add olive oil, onion and celery and sauté until softened.

Add chilli, San Remo Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce and a cup of water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add couscous and stir through.

Add seafood and simmer until cooked through.

To finish garnish CousCous pasta with chopped parsley and basil leaves.
