Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add cream, milk, lemon and chives and whisk until combined

Once pasta is cooked, drain and return to saucepan. Add creamy lemon sauce and stir
through until pasta is coated.

Serve carbonara topped with grilled chicken, parmesan and season with salt and pepper
