1. Pre heat a gill pan; rub the cutlets lightly with olive oil and season with salt.
    Place the cutlets into the pan and allow to cook without turning for 5minutes.
    Turn and continue to cook for a further 4 minutes, remove to a plate and allow to rest.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the Carbonara La Pasta according to the packet directions.
  3. Serve the pork cutlets with the La Pasta and a simple salad of the lettuce, tomatoes and avocado on the side.
  4. Give the salad a little squeeze of lemon juice and serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
