Method
Cook pasta for 8 minutes in salted boiling water.
Drain pasta, place in a bowl, add olive oil, half the nutritional yeast, coriander, cumin & salt.
Air fry at 200C for 10 minutes, shaking every few minutes.
Toss through remaining nutritional yeast & paprika.
Mash avocado, season with salt and lime juice, top
with chopped tomato & red onion.
Serve pasta with guacamole and enjoy with family and friends!
