Method

  1. Cook pasta for 8 minutes in salted boiling water.
  2. Drain pasta, place in a bowl, add olive oil, half the nutritional yeast, coriander, cumin & salt.
  3. Air fry at 200C for 10 minutes, shaking every few minutes.
  4. Toss through remaining nutritional yeast & paprika.
  5. Mash avocado, season with salt and lime juice, top
    with chopped tomato & red onion.
  6. Serve pasta with guacamole and enjoy with family and friends!
