1. In a medium pan, heat oil over medium to high heat. Add garlic and chilli and fry for a few minutes continuing to stir.
  2. Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
  3. Add tomatoes, handful of basil and half a ladle of pasta water and season with salt.
  4. Bring to a simmer and turn down to low and put the lid on and cook for 20 minutes on medium to low heat.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine.
  6. Finish with extra basil and parmesan.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
