1. Into a large pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large fry pan and add garlic.
  3. In the last 3 minutes of the pasta cooking time, add the frozen peas and frozen spinach portions to the boiling pot of pasta.
  4. Drain the pasta and vegetables once cooked and add it to the garlic in the fry pan.
  5. Add the pesto and Parmesan cheese to the pasta a mix until well combined.
  6. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves and enjoy with family and friends!
