1. Cook pasta in pot of salted boiling water as per packet directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté garlic and basil until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Then add prawns and nduja. Cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add the passata and bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 3 to 4 mins.
  3. Strain pasta and add to pan. Toss through sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with zest over the top.
  4. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
