1. Cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. Firstly place the cockles in a large dish and cover with water, drain and repeat several times to wash out any excess sand.
  3. Heat a pan on medium/high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Next add cockles, mussels and toss through pan, add garlic and chilli, cook for a further 2-3minutes.
  5. Add calamari and prawns and cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
  6. Add fish stock and thinly sliced fennel, cover pan with lid and turn down heat to low.
  7. Cook for a further 3mins or until all mussels and cockles have opened.
  8. Strain pasta and add into pan and mix together.
  9. Finish with parsley and serve immediately.
