1. Heat olive oil in a large frypan over medium heat. Add spring onions, garlic, anchovies, green chilli and capers. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add green olives and tuna, breaking up the tuna into small pieces.
  3. Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the frypan with parsley and lemon zest, toss to combine.
  5. Garnish with extra parsley and serve and enjoy with family and friends!
