Method

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
  2. Heat a deep pan over medium heat with a splash of olive oil. Add onion, chilli and capers and cook for 5 minutes, until onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Add garlic, dried oregano, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for a further 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
  5. Add seafood to the sauce, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes, or until seafood is just cooked through.
  6. Meanwhile, cook San Remo Spaghetti as per packet directions.
  7. Toss spaghetti through the marinara sauce. Serve topped with basil and optional parmesan.
  8. Serve and enjoy with family and friends.
