1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium saucepan on a medium heat.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, approximately 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add chorizo and cook until browned, approximately 2 minutes
  5. Add capsicum and sundried tomatoes and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in San Remo Tomato, Onion and Garlic sauce and the chilli flakes to saucepan. Allow to heat through for approximately 5 minutes.
  7. Stir through olives and drained pasta.
  8. To finish, top with crumbled feta.
  9. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
