1. Place the salmon portions on a plate, season with salt and pepper, a squeeze of lemon and some of the zest. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 6 minutes. Remove from the microwave and rest.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the La Pasta according to the packet directions.
  3. Place the prepared asparagus on a plate and loosely cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Serve the La Pasta with the steamed salmon and asparagus.
  5. Garnish with remaining lemon zest and chives.
