Cook pasta in pot of salted boiling water, as per packet directions.

Heat olive oil, garlic, chilli and shallots in a pan and cook for 3 minutes or until the shallots are soft.

Add lime zest, capers and tuna to the pan. Scoop 1 to 2 ladles of pasta water into the pan and stir.

Strain pasta and add to the pan. Mix and finally add coriander and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
