1. Cook pasta in pot of salted boiling water, as per packet directions.
  2. Heat olive oil, garlic, chilli and shallots in a pan and cook for 3 minutes or until the shallots are soft.
  3. Add lime zest, capers and tuna to the pan. Scoop 1 to 2 ladles of pasta water into the pan and stir.
  4. Strain pasta and add to the pan. Mix and finally add coriander and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
