1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta per packet directions.
  2. Once cooked strain and refresh under running cold water. Set aside.
  3. Heat a griddle pan on high. Coat tuna with a splash of olive oil and salt & pepper.
  4. Place tuna on pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and allow to cool on a plate.
  5. For the salad add tomatoes, bocconcini and celery to a large bowl with cooked pasta.
  6. Break tuna into pieces and add basil to the salad. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic and add salt & pepper to taste.
  7. Toss together gently.
  8. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
