Into a large pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions

Drain and cool, adding a drizzle of oil to the pasta to avoid any sticking.

In a wok, add a tablespoon of olive oil, chilli, garlic, ginger and spring onion and begin to fry until fragrant.

Add the pork mince and begin to fry off, breaking up the mince with a wooden spoon.

Add the sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil and hoisin and toss to combine.

Add the pasta into the wok and toss again.

Serve with fresh coriander leaves.
