Marinated Mushrooms


  1. For marinated mushrooms, place all ingredients into a medium bowl, season with salt and pepper, stir well and set aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, add pasta and cook as per packet instructions. Drain and cool pasta under cold running water.
  3. Place pasta and remaining ingredients, including the mushrooms, into a large bowl and stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with crumbled feta.
  5. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
