In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.

Heat fry pan over medium heat, add oil, sausages and bacon and cook for 4 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for a further minute, then add chicken stock and broccolini, bring to the boil and cook for 4 minutes

Next, add butter, Pecorino, sour cream and parsley to pan and stir.

In the fry pan combine sauce with cooked pasta, reduce to low heat and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Season to taste and fold through pecorino.
