Seafood Pasta

Cooking seafood can often be an intimidating thought and is put off by many but there is a great satisfaction to be had by cooking seafood to perfection and enjoying a home-cooked meal.  It doesn’t have to be as hard or as scary as you might think. From entree to main courses there is a seafood dish that will suit most occasions, and even a kitchen novice can prepare a great seafood meal with a little know-how from our recipes and some practice. Next time you’re walking past your local fishmonger or fish section in your local supermarket don’t be scared and walk past, find your favourite seafood and try it in one of our seafood recipes below.
