1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. Heat fry pan over medium heat, add oil, sausages and bacon and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for a further minute, then add chicken stock and broccolini, bring to the boil and cook for 4 minutes
  4. Next, add butter, Pecorino, sour cream and parsley to pan and stir.
  5. In the fry pan combine sauce with cooked pasta, reduce to low heat and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  6. Season to taste and fold through pecorino.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
