1. Into a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  2. Add broccoli to the pasta for the final 4 minutes of the cook time.
  3. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  4. Toss the pasta through the pesto and add spinach, capsicum and tomatoes.
  5. Top with chives and a sprinkle of pumpkin and hemp seeds.
