1. Place beef and tamari in a small bowl and set aside for 5 minutes.⁠
  2. In a pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook as per packet directions.
  3. Heat oil in pan, add garlic and onion. Continue to stir until softened for approximately 2 minutes.
  4. Add beef and mushroom, stir until beef is lightly browned.⁠
  5. Pour milk, broth and tomato paste into pan and bring to boil. ⁠
  6. Sprinkle in tapioca flour and stir to combine. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until sauce thickens for approximately 5 minutes. ⁠
  7. Stir sauce through cooked pasta and enjoy with a sprinkle of parmesan of nutritional yeast. ⁠
  8. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
