1. Heat a medium pan over medium heat, add ghee and onions and cook 7 minutes until onion has caramelized.
  2. Add CousCous to the pan and mix together with onion.
  3. Add all spice, half the amount of cinnamon and boiling water and cook for 16 minutes with the lid on.
  4. Halfway through the cook time, add chickpeas on top and evenly spread and place lid back on for remaining time.
  5. Once finished cooking through the chickpeas and sprinkle remaining cinnamon on top.
  6. To finish add yoghurt and lebanese pickles.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
