1. Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water as per packet instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil & garlic on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for a further 3 minutes. Pour beans and spinach into the pan and reduce heat to low.
  3. Strain pasta and add into the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. To finish, turn off heat, remove the garlic cloves, add pecorino, butter, parsley and mix together.

  5. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
