Method

  1. Prepare the couscous according to packet instructions.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Roll into golf ball-sized balls and flatten into patties.
  4. Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan.
  5. Once hot, cook the balls for about 7-10 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden. Try not to move them around too much while they cook. Serve with a side of Asian salad greens and a lime wedge.
  6. Once cooked, serve with a side of Asian greens and a lime wedge.
