1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook gnocchi in a large pot of salted boiling water following packet directions. Drain and rinse. Return to pot. ⁣
  3. Add passata, spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the parmesan and mozzarella cheese, basil, parsley, lemon zest, cherry tomatoes, and seasoning. Toss to combine. ⁣
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. ⁣
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. ⁣
