In a pot of boiling salted water cook San Remo Pasta Pro as per package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water then drain cooked pasta and set aside.

Meanwhile, heat pan with oil over medium heat.

Add tomatoes, garlic, chilli and zucchini. Sauté for 5 minutes or until starting to soften.

Add prawns into pan. Cook until they change colour/cook through.

Add cooked pasta to the sauce with the reserved pasta water and continue cooking to emulsify the sauce.

Once well combined divide pasta into bowls and garnish with a squeeze of lemon and salt and black pepper.
