1. In a pot of boiling salted water cook San Remo Pasta Pro as per package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water then drain cooked pasta and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat pan with oil over medium heat.
  3. Add tomatoes, garlic, chilli and zucchini. Sauté for 5 minutes or until starting to soften.
  4. Add prawns into pan. Cook until they change colour/cook through.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce with the reserved pasta water and continue cooking to emulsify the sauce.
  6. Once well combined divide pasta into bowls and garnish with a squeeze of lemon and salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends.
