1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta per packet directions.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, chilli, lemon zest and lemon thyme.
  3. When pasta is almost al dente add peas, beans, spinach ,broccolini, kale and cook for 2 minutes or until tender.
  4. Strain pasta and green vegetables, add to pan along, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
  5. Take pasta off heat, mix through parsley and dill.
  6. Garnish with ricotta salata.
  7. Serve and enjoy with family and friends!
